These injectors are for people that have to replace their stock injectors and search for a very slight performance increase at the same time.
BBI Stage 0.1 injectors are using the Bosch OEM VCO nozzle. They are only adjusted to have a little longer hydraulic injection duration compared to stock which leads to 4% more injection quantity compared to stock.
Beside that those injector are adjusted to meet our BBI tolerances as a full set, so you get a much better adjusted set compared to just buying new Bosch injectors.
Measured and adjusted over the full operating range. A BBI test sheet with complete injection quantity mappings comes with every Stage 0.1 injector set.

I now have several thousand miles on these injectors, and I’m really pleased with their performance. No smoke unless I really hammer the throttle, and even then it’s less than stock injectors.
Mileage is up almost 1mpg, and EGTs are down about 100 degrees when driving under load.
I would purchase these again, given the choice between these and stock replacements.

As promised after a crazy time with shipping.on Oct 10th I finally received my order. Martin from Big bang injectors went all out to help with this issue. He kept me informed on what was going on. Now on to what I have been waiting for the injectors and feed tubes for my 2004.5 Cummins they appear to be top quality products with any luck I’ll have them installed soon and make this truck run like new again.
