MY07: Originally these injectors have a flow rate of 66l/h @ a pressure of 100bar.
MY13: Originally these injectors have a flow rate of 72l/h @ a pressure of 100bar.
Stage 0.75: Nozzle flow rate of 96l/h/100bar --> 45% increase compared to stock MY07, 33% increase compared to stock MY13
These injectors use the same nozzle flow as Stage 1.5 injectors and are capable of up to 800rwhp. While it is considered a race injector, they will perform superbly in a daily driven truck with no disadvantages. True to our tradition we are building these injectors by hand, to the highest standards available. To reach the 800hp range a upgraded or dual cp3 system is a must.
Compared to Stage 1.5´s they are detuned to lower emissions and exhaust gas temperatures. An increase in fuel economy will be noticed as they have a shorter injection duration, with the same energizing time as the OEM injectors. This makes the Stage 0.75 a perfect towing injector.
To better understand the injection quantity increase, below are the values for the full load injection quantity @1800bar/1700µs:
MY07 OEM: ~150mm³
Stage 0.75: ~190mm³
Stage 1.5: ~210mm³

I just put new BBi 0.75 injectors in my 2008 cummins. The difference is amazing. I had one injector that was for sure failing as I had white smoke at startup and the infamous injector rattle had increasingly gotten worse. I waited as long as I could and I should’ve done this way sooner. After I installed them and fired it up the first thing I noticed was NO, ABSOLUTELY ZERO rattle. As I understand it, after you install injectors the first startup produces some smoke and that is what happened so I shut it off and waited a while and started it again. No white smoke at all and every startup since has not produced any smoke of any kind. Also, at idle the engine is smooth as glass, no more missing, no more roughness causing annoying vibrations etc.
Then I went for the first drive! SO SMOOTH! No more lag between shifts, much better low rpm power, the time from pedal command to feeling the power drastically decreased and the engine is so much more quiet not mention the full throttle performance . Wow! The 2000rpm drone I used to have is almost non existent now (5″ TBE straight pipe) and is more than tolerable.
Every question I had was promptly answered by Martin and I have seen him on the forums answering questions to all kinds of horror stories for people having problems with other injectors. One can just tell this company actually cares about getting people the right product that will get their truck running correctly and reliably!
