Shipping and payment

There are the following terms:

All orders over $300.00 are shipped FREE via DHL Express, UPS or TNT/Fedex (2-7 Day service worldwide)

We offer worldwide shipping up to 30kg packages, all orders over 30kg have to be split to more than one package.

To the US all import taxes are covered also, to all other States the import taxes have to be paid by the receiver of the package.

If the value of your purchase is between 0 – 300 USD the shipping costs are across the board 25USD.

Within Austria we usually ship with the Austrian Postal Service, for all other countries we use shipping companies like DHL, UPS or TNT/Fedex.

Time of delivery

If not mentioned differently in the product description, shipping takes usually 3-5 working days within the European Union, worldwide shipping takes usually 3-7 business days from the date of payment.  Please be aware of the fact that delivery times depend on the dispatch time of the customs in your country.

There is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you ordered products with different delivery times we will not ship them separately as long as we did not make a different agreement in those regards. For that reason the delivery time will be the time of the product with the longer delivery time.

If you want to pick up your order personally, please inform us about it to make an arangement with you and prepare everything. If that is the case there will not be any shipping costs for you.

–  prepayment with bank wire transfer
–  payment by PayPal
–  payment by  instand bank transfer
–  payment by credit card (Mastercard , Visa, American Express,…)

Further details to your payment:

In special cases we reserve the right to ship only with prepayment with bank wire transfer.

In this case the complete balance has to be paid within 7 days starting from the day of purchase.

Return policy:

Big Bang Injection GmbH gladly accepts returns of items subject to the following conditions:

The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.

The item(s) must have been purchased from us directly. If you have purchased one of our products through a dealer you must contact them to return the item(s) as their return policy will apply.

The customer has to cover the shipping costs for the return of the products.

The item(s) must be unopened. Big Bang Injection GmbH only sells new, unused items and as such we are unable to accept returns of used items. Injector sets must include the original flow sheet. If you are upgrading injectors, call us to see how we can help you.

Custom item(s) will require approval for return, please contact us to discuss how we can help.

A restocking fee will apply to all returns:

10% fee for return of an unopened product that includes the flow data sheet (if applicable).
